Your School Profile
The school profile contains the foundational information about your studio. It is used in several places across the platform, including invoices, family-facing communications, and the Family Hub.
The key fields are:

Fill these in from your school settings page. The setup guide step completes automatically as soon as the required fields are present.
Teaching Locations
The School Settings page also includes a section for recording the location or locations from which you teach. You can add just one location (for example, your studio address) or multiple — useful if you teach at several venues. These locations are available to select when creating lessons and appear on relevant communications. If your teaching situation changes, you can add or update locations at any time.
Your Logo
Uploading a logo is optional but recommended. Your logo appears on the invoices you send to families, giving your studio a professional, consistent appearance. It does not appear elsewhere in the Family Hub or in your other communications unless you add BYO Branding.
To upload your logo, go to your school settings and use the logo upload option. Accepted formats are PNG and JPG. The setup guide step completes automatically once a logo is uploaded, and can be skipped if you'd prefer to add one later.
