Billing in a Multi-Teacher Studio
Billing itself works exactly as described in the billing sections of this knowledge base. What changes in a multi teacher studio is who can see it — the Money section is admin only — and how far it reaches: admins genera
Who Sees the Money Section
In a multi-teacher studio, the Money section of the sidebar — Student billing, Expenses, and Reports — is visible to admins only. Non-admin teachers do not see these pages at all.
Generating Invoices Across the School
When an admin generates invoices, the flow shows eligible students and groups across all teachers in the school, with the owning teacher shown on each recipient row. One admin can run billing for the whole studio in a single pass — there is no need to generate per teacher.

Billing Contracts
Billing contracts are set up per enrolment as usual, whichever teacher the student learns with. One difference applies in multi-teacher studios:
- The Pay As You Go billing mode is not available. Multi-teacher studios choose between calendar-based, monthly, term, and lesson pack billing.
Bank Reconciliation Across the School
Bank reconciliation sits in the admin-only Money section, so non-admin teachers do not see the Reconciliation page at all. When an admin reconciles a bank CSV, matching runs against unpaid invoices across every teacher in the school, not just one teacher's students — so a single admin can reconcile the whole studio's bank transfers in one pass.
