Viewing Pack Usage and Remaining Credits
From the invoice that created the lesson pack, you can see how many credits have been used and how many remain, and view the exact lessons each credit was applied to. Pack usage is visible on the invoice detail panel for
Where to Find Pack Usage
Pack usage is visible on the invoice detail panel for the lesson pack invoice. From the student's billing area (or the invoices list), open the invoice that contains the lesson pack line.
On the lesson pack invoice line, the system shows:
- How many lessons were purchased (the pack size)
- How many credits have been consumed so far
- How many credits remain available
- The list of specific lessons that have consumed credits, including the lesson date and any other identifying details
What Each Line Tells You
For each consumed credit, you can see:
- The date of the lesson it was applied to
- The lesson type
- That this credit has been consumed (and can be restored if needed — see Correcting Lesson Pack Billing)
For credits that haven't been used yet, you'll see a count of remaining available credits. These will be consumed as future lessons are attended.
Checking When a Pack Is Running Low
There's no automatic alert when a pack is nearly exhausted, but you can check the usage at any time from the invoice detail. If a student is getting close to the end of their pack, it's a good time to send them a new lesson pack invoice so there's no gap in coverage when the current one runs out.
Pending Retroactive Review
If the pack has uncovered past lessons waiting for you to apply credits to them, the invoice detail panel will show a pending review prompt. From there you can open the review flow and decide which past lessons to cover. See Retroactive Credit Application.
